Through this connection, we are also able to remotely transfer files, reboot and take control of your PC to diagnose and resolve the problem.
You will retain full control of your system throughout the session. If at any time during this session you wish to terminate the remote connection, you may terminate the session and our Technician will no longer be able to view or access your system.
All data exchanged between the session participants is encrypted with industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption, which are used by online banking transactions.
