Virus detection and spyware removal can be very tricky with today's security problems regarding the internet such as Virus, Trojans, Worms, pop up's, spy ware, ad ware and even the odd hacker or two, all are trying to get in. You can not be to careful in dealing with these threats as they can cause huge problems if not dealt with correctly.
In some cases detecting and removing the viruses or spyware does not always fix the problem since antivirus / spyware software will remove the threat but will not fix any damage that has already been done.
In this case depending on the severity of damage a full system restore is the best option, as only then you can be sure your computer is problem free.
If you do think that you have a virus of spyware, turn of the computer and/or disconnect the computer from the internet and contact us.
