What is the main reason why you need to reinstall your operating system: viruses, worms, failing to start, corrupt data, slow performance or all these resaons. Before we reinstall your Operating System, you must back-up all files on your computer, such as e-mail, documents, artwork, music, saved games, etc.
Since the process of installing or reinstalling, an OS will permanently erase all contents of your hard drive, and anything not backed-up will be lost. If you can not do this your self or do not have the time then take advantage of our data back up service. The back up service does incur a charge but we can save your valuable data and time.

If you have been inadvertently sold an illegal copy or you where unaware that your operating system was a copy at the time of booking a service with us we will let you know and try to resolve the issue.

Our servicing times are between the hours of 9.00 am to 7.00 pm Monday to Friday and 10.00 am to 5.30 on Saturdays.
