Computer Setup Standard

Need help setting up your computer?

Computer Setup StandardLet us help, with PC support the Standard package you get one of our service technicians round to install your computer or laptop for you. We can advise you on security issues such as how to handle a firewall and what to do if you computers become infected with a virus or spyware. In addition, if you can think of anything else to ask at the time we off friendly advice on most computer issues.


A short list of what we do:
  • Setup of PC and operating system (User Accounts e.g)
  • Setup of security software (Firewalls, Anit-virus and Spy-ware)
  • Network setup (Wi-fi or other network adapters)
NotePlease contact you ISP (Internet service provider) for your full logon and password details prior to installation. Required equipment, ADSL or DSL router supplied either by you or through us and wireless networking cards for each pc that needs a wireless connection.
Booking

To book one of our service technicians just phone or email us with information about your computer, laptop or other tech such as make model and operating system then we can arrange a time that suits you best.

Our servicing times are between the hours of 9.00 am to 7.00 pm Monday to Friday and 10.00 am to 5.30 on Saturdays.
