The 64-BIT computing warranty covers parts, labor, and shipping as a result of a defective part, parts, or system configuration. It is our comittment to maintaining the functionality of your machine during the life of the warranty, with the only cost that you will pay is the cost of the system itself and the initial shipping of the system.

If we find that a part is defective, and you are capable of replacing the part yourself, we can just send a replacement part out to you. If the system requires more than a part replacement, we will pay to have the system shipped back to us for diagnostics and repair by means of an electronic return label.

We also have a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the system for ANY reason, we will give you a FULL refund (no restocking fee). After the 14 day term, the system can be returned only by special permission, at the current value of the hardware minus a 15% restocking fee.

Void of Warranty Modifications made to your system will void your warranty if not cleared through a 64-BIT computing representative. Most if not all modifications will be approved, but we need this apsect of control in order to prevent unnecessary damage. Improper packing of a computer if you move or ship it will also result in a void of warranty.
