Below please find our governing Terms and Conditions.

1. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

64-BIT computing offers our customers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. To take advantage of 64-BIT computing Satisfaction Guarantee, Customer agrees to comply with 64-BIT computing Product Return Procedure. Any breach of 64-BIT computing Product Return Procedure will result in the loss of 64-BIT computing replacement/return guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

2. WARRANTY

64-BIT computing warranties all products except those explicitly listed on this page, for exactly (1) One Year from the date of Invoice. Products not covered under this One Year Warranty are Retail Boxed CPUs, and any type of Memory (including but not limited to Flash, SDRAM/DDR/RDRAM etc.)64-BIT computing does not manufacture hardware products sold by 64-BIT computing . The products may, however, be covered by the individual manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). 64-BIT computing assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products.

3. PURCHASE PRICE

The Buyer agrees to pay the total purchase price as specified by 64-BIT computing. In addition, the BUYER agrees to pay any sales or other taxes levied on or measured by such purchase price, or arising from the use of the product(s) and any parts or maintenance supplied, including without any limitation, any additional sales, use, gross receipts, privilege, excise, and personal property taxes unless specified in writing on this document.

4. INSPECTION

The BUYER shall inspect the product(s) at delivery and shall notify 64-BIT computing with regard to any defects or discrepancies within 1 BUSINESS DAY of receipt of product(s).

6. LIMITED WARRANTY

64-BIT computing offers no warranty other than the expressed warranty offered by the manufacturer, or the warranty listed on the warranty page. During this period, 64-BIT computing will repair or replace all merchandises proved to be defective during the specified warranty. However, 64-BIT computing will not warranty any product that has been subjected to improper freight handling/shipping, abuse (overclocking and "modding" included), neglect, or unauthorized repair or installation. The warranty also will not cover product(s) with broken warranty seals or assembly trace.

7. ALTERATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, AND ATTACHMENTS

Any alterations, additions, improvements or attachments on the product(s) not authorized in writing by 64-BIT computing shall solely be at the BUYER'S own risk and expense. If operation of the product(s) is affected in any way by alternation, improvement, modification or installation, the warranty shall be deemed Waived by the BUYER, and 64-BIT computing shall have no further obligation to the BUYER.

8. MERCHANDISE RETURN PROCEDURE

Should a product fail during the warranty period, certain procedures should be followed for 64-BIT computing to serve the BUYER efficiently: Contact 64-BIT computing Technical Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. RMA Number will only be issued by phone service or e-mail. The RMA number is valid for exactly 10 business days beginning the day it is issued. It will be automatically Voided if defective merchandise has not been received by 64-BIT computing within these 10 days. Any merchandise returned without an RMA Number will be refused and returned at the BUYERS expense. All returned products must be packed in the original packaging. (Improper packaging may Void warranty.) 64-BIT computing reserves the right to return any non-repaired products and without notification should the BUYER ship an INCOMPLETE product to 64-BIT computing RMA Department. After replacement, 64-BIT computing reserves the right to request the total cost of the replacement product(s) or the product(s) itself if later to be found physically damaged by the BUYER.

9. RETURN FOR CREDIT

All credit returns must be processed through a 64-BIT computing Customer Service Representative. To receive credit, product(s) must be returned within 14 Days from the Order Date. Additional charges may be assessed if an INCOMPLETE product (including all parts, manuals, software, accessories and warranty cards) is returned to 64-BIT computing.

10. DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL (DOA)

For all "DOA" products, the BUYER is required to call for an RMA Number within 7 days from the receipt date.

11. The BUYER

agrees to pay all 64-BIT computing cost related to the collection of any sum due, including internal expenses and all reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document constitutes the entire Agreement between the BUYER and 64-BIT computing. It is intended as a complete and exclusive statement of the terms used in this agreement and no course of prior dealings between the parties and usage of trade shall be relevant to supplement or explain any items used in this agreement. No agent, employee, or representative of 64-BIT computing has any authorities to bind 64-BIT computing to any affirmation, presentation, or warranty concerning the product(s) sold under this Agreement. This Agreement may be modified or rescinded only by written instrument signed by the parties here to or by their duty authorized agents. Waiver by 64-BIT computing or any provision here of in one instance shall not constitute a waiver as to any other instance.
